Randolph in Millennium Park, that has been operated since its 2004 inception by Bike & Roll Chicago. The City Council’s Committee on Special Events, Cultural Affairs and Recreation signed off on the three-year concession agreement — with the option to renew for an additional two years — after the concession agreement approved by the Chicago Park District was shifted to the city.
