A child in north Mississippi has confessed to purposely setting a dog on fire and burning his face, sparking strong reaction on social media and from local law enforcement.
Buddy, a Labrador retriever mix, was found “dazed and in shock” on Peavine Road in Tate County, Miss. on the afternoon of April 22. His rescuers say an extension cord was tied around his neck and he had been set on fire, severely burning almost every inch of his face.Sign up for our Newsletters
