Mitt Romney, Marco Rubio propose new paid parental leave pro

New parents could use part of their Social Security for parental leave after the birth or adoption of a child under legislation reintroduced by Utah Sen. Mitt Romney reintroduced. The Utah Republican and Sen. Marco Rubio say low-income parents would benefit from the plan.
