Hornell RRC LLC is planning to build a mixed-use structure at 18 Park Dr. that will offer both commercial and residential space. The first floor will feature 3,200 square feet for commercial endeavors, with three apartments on the second floor. “Depending on who would lease it or rent the space out, (the first floor) could either be one space or they could divide it into two spaces,” said Hornell Mayor John Buckley. “The upstairs would be three apartments. It’s a nice project. They have a history of doing these projects, especially up in Honeoye Falls where they have multiple projects. Basically, they’ve run out of space and are looking to extend what has been a successful program for them.”
