Monaghan crash 'every parent's worst nightmare' as two girls

Two girls, aged 16 and 17, lost their lives in the collision as they were travelling to a Debs celebration. Social protection minister Heather Humphreys, who is from Co Monaghan, said the crash was 'an unimaginable tragedy'.
