Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele LLP has asked a Tennessee federal judge to dismiss a consolidated pair of suits brought against the firm by a former legal assistant who alleges that she was wrongfully terminated after requesting remote work and denied the proper overtime wages during her time working there.
