Moorhead woman who hit, dragged 12-year-old with pickup gets

Jacqueline Swanson said the crash that injured Zamir Rayford was an “unfortunate accident.” A prosecutor claimed Swanson was drinking before the crash and doesn't have a right to call it an accident.
