The woman was charged with hitting her daughter with a car and dragging her 100 metres down a street, inflicting serious injuries. Dale Palmer allegedly got behind the wheel of a Toyota Starlet about 12.40am on Sunday near her home in Caringbah, Sydney's south, after her son Kyle's birthday celecbration. She allegedly struck her daughter Keely Palmer, 27, and dragged her under the car while she was still conscious, before her mother slammed on the brakes.
