In January 2020 Sylvia Smith fell. In the months following surgery, the formerly spry West Island senior had to find something to keep herself occupied. By October Sylvia and her two daughters, Ethel and Sheryl, had developed a successful recipe for how to respect her limited mobility and to do it together as a mother-and-daughters project.
