Photo: MGNonline. Created: July 10, 2021 07:12 PM (ABC 6 News) - The Minnesota State Patrol reported three crashes taking place recently in southeast Minnesota. One left a motorcyclist with life-threatening injuries, according to troopers. They reported 57-year-old Michael Paul Langstaff of Austin entered a median and struck a guardrail. MSP reported Langstaff was heading west on I-90 at the Haywood Exit in Freeborn County's Hayward Township on Friday past 9 a.m. MSP reported he was taken to an Albert Lea hospital. Langstaff reportedly did not wear a helmet and alcohol was not a factor, according to the MSP. On Friday, another collision sent a teenager to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. MSP reported it involved an Austin driver and an Owatonna teen after an intersection collision on Highway 30 and 52nd Avenue Southwest in Ellendale.
