MPB Television signal loss in northwest part of state by February 3, 2021 • Comments Mississippi Public Broadcasting is aware that some DirecTV customers in the northwest part of Mississippi are not able to watch their local MPB Television channel. DirecTV is no longer carrying the signal for MPB Television in this area. MPB has been working with DirecTV to resolve the issue but has not reached a viable solution. Impacted DirecTV customers who want their MPB Television channel restored should contact DirecTV’s customer care line at 1-800-531-5000.
