The preliminary examination of the
Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC), which was earlier scheduled for coming Sunday, will now be held on March 21 in view of the fresh spike in the COVID-19 cases and localised lockdowns in many parts of the state, the commission announced on Friday.
With the exams being rescheduled yet again, disgruntled students have now asked the
government to compensate them for alleged inconvenience caused to them. Aspirants have accused the state government of wasting their time and money and want it to make up for the loss owing to the prolonged stay and charges incurred on food and accommodation near the exam centres.
