Legal analyst, glenn kirschner, reacting to a major legal ruling against donald trump. Well break down the fraud case against the former president just ahead. Plus, the current President Joe Biden makes history as the first sitting Commander In Chief to join a picket line. Well show you what biden said to auto workers and take a look at his support could impact negotiations. And also ahead an update on the budget battle on capitol hill. House republicans are making some progress on a package of spending bills, but congress is still very much on a path to a shutdown. Good morning and welcome to way too early on this wednesday, september 27th. Im jonathan lemire, and thanks for starting your day with us. And we have a busy news day today and well begin with the monumental ruling in a civil case against donald trump which could serve as a deathblow for his family business. In a 35page decision yesterday manhattan judge Arthur Engoron found the former president , his two oldest sons, and their companies liable for fraud. According to the judge the trumps spent years inflating the value of their assets in Financial Statements that were given to banks and insurance companies. The ruling tied to a case brought bay new York State Attorney general Letitia James back in 2019 which was scheduled to go to a bench trial early next week. Yesterday the judge effectively decided that he didnt need a trial to determine the trumps were liable. Quote, this is a Fantasy World not the real world. The judge wrote in his ruling, as he admonished the former president for overvaluing his holdings by as much as 2. 2 billion. In one example trump overestimated the size of his manhattan Penthouse Apartment which he spent years living in by 19,000 feet. In other wos,e exaggerated by about 200 . The judge called that absurd yesterday, writing, quote, a discrepancy of this order of magnitude by a Real Estate Developer sizing up his own living space of decades can only be considered fraud. Now, next weeks bench trial will still proceed, so the judge can determine the size of the punishment. Attorney general james sued trump for 250 million, and the judge has already granted her one of the other major punishments she sought, to cancel the business certificates that allow many of trumps new York Properties to even operate. That means that after losing the white house in 2020, trump could soon lose his new york homes as well in addition to other real estate including control of trump tower in Midtown Manhattan and several golf courses in New York State as well. If the trumps lose their appeals, they could also be banned from ever doing business in New York State again. In a statement yesterday the former president s attorney called the decision, quote, completely disconnected from the facts in governing law. The judge, though, he also sanctioned trumps attorneys 7,500 a piece yesterday for making legal arguments that had already been rejected. Trump himself also reacted to the ruling with a series of social media posts. He attacked the judge who he is suing as well as the new York State Attorney general. Well have much more on this throughout way too early and morning joe. Turning to some other headlines now, President Joe Biden has made history becoming the first sitting president to join a picket line in modern times. Biden met striking auto workers yesterday in bellville, michigan. He encouraged them to not give up their fight. Uaw, you saved the Automobile Industry back in 2008 and 2004, you gave up a lot and now the companies are doing incredibly well. And guess what . You should be doing incredibly well, too. Stick with it because you deserve the significant raise you need and other benefits. The middle class rules the country. Unions built the middle class. Thats a fact. The union has been on strike against detroits Big Three Auto Makers Forearly two weeks now. Theyre demanding a 40 pay raise over four years as well as better Retirement Benefits and a shorter workweek. While the white house says theyre staying out of negotiations, two of bidens top aides are staying in michigan to help continue conversations between the union and auto makers. Meanwhile, donald trump is set to Visit Detroit today where hell visit striking auto workers in lieu of attending the second president ial debate being held in california. Trump is set to deliver remarks at a nonunionized auto parts supplier before a crowd of current and former uaw members. According had his campaign, the former president will focus on attacking the bidens economic policies as well as the current president s embrace of Electric Vehicles, a race essential to the uaw strike. While its not yet endorsed any candidate in the president ial race, its leader, shawn fain, said he wont meet with trump. Fain says the former preside doesnt care about the Working Class and is, quote, just trying to pander to people. Fain did appear alongside Biden Yesterday in the picket lines. Joining us now White House Reporter for the wall street journal. Sabrina, great to see you yesterday. So lets talk about the white houses approach with this strike. They have some advisers there as we just noted but got a little messy yesterday. The president was asked by the Traveling Press Pool whether he supported the 40 pay raise the workers want. He said yes, the white house then tried to walk that back telling the press pool later the president had misheard the question. However, when confronted with information in a transcript the president did answer it, they had to walk back the walk back. So why is this so confusing . Why cant the white house make a firm stance on it . Well, i think it shows just how delicate of a balancing act this is for the president and the white house. Because when you think about the president s typically stay out of the fray when comes to labor strikes, and this white house has said that the president is not going to get directly involved in negotiations, but then you saw him not just join the picket line but express his support for higher raises for these workers and of course express his support for their right to bargain. And so i think, you know, that was a really significant show of support on the part of the president , but of course hes also balancing the potential impact of a prolonged strike on the economy, on supply chains, so theres a lot of factors to consider here. But i think by and large the white house felt pretty good about the symbolism of President Biden being the first in modern history to join a picket line from the highest office in the land especially as they do contrast his visit with that of former trump today in michigan, which of course is a key battleground that helped elevate biden to the white house when it flipped from trump to biden in the 2020 election. Lets go further on the politics there. Its a hard case to make that any democrat could win the white house without winning michigan, why this team has put a lot of effort into holding that state blue. How do they feel about it right now as they look around at those trio of great lake states, michigan, wisconsin, pennsylvania . How are they feeling about this one . I think its very much integral to the president s Reelection Campaign focusing on those three rust belt states crucial to securing his victory in 2020, and you look at where he spent a lot of his time, you know, he hadnt hit the road too much at this stage, but he spent a lot of his time in pennsylvania. Of course we saw him in michigan yesterday, and this is an important issue for the president because he has also made his support for unions a center piece of his record and of his campaign, and really this is an opportunity to highlight his ties to unions, which has always been a strength for democrats. But as you noted in your introduction there, so far the uaw has withheld its endorsement and not endorsed a candidate on either side. So it remains to be seen if the president s visit will have any longterm political impact. I know some workers that my colleagues at the journal who were on the ground spoke to said this is not the only issue theyre considering. Going into the election there are a lot of issues top of mind, and one of the challenges here for President Biden is in this strike these workers are also concerned about his clean energy policies, this push toward Electric Vehicles that typically require fewer workers to manufacture and the potential for job displacement. So in some ways it was a major moment for him to stand shoulder to shoulder with these workers even though one of their concerns stems directly from his administrations policies. Its certainly been an important week for this white house. It feels like the general election under way. Trump in michigan today and of course the president to deliver a speech on democracy tomorrow. We really appreciate it. White house reporter for the wall street journal, sabrina siddiqui, come back soon. We turn to capitol hill now. And in a bipartisan vote the senate advanced a stop gap bill to fund the government until november 17th. That measure includes roughly 6 billion in aid to ukraine as well as a separate 6 billion for emergency Disaster Relief funding for fema. But despite this progress, senator rand paul of kentucky has vowed to reject an agreement to pass the bill quickly, which could push any final passage until after the funding deadline has come and gone. The bill would still need to be approved by the house and signed by President Biden. Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer and Minority Leader Mitch Mcconnell yesterday spoke to the importance of passing the bill in time. As ive said for months the only solution for avoiding a harmful Government Shutdown is bipartisanship. The extreme right and the other chambers say they actually want a shutdown. What insanity. This will avoid that terrible outcome. A Government Shutdown would be an unnecessary disruption of the important work of the senates agenda, shutting the government down over a domestic Budget Dispute doesnt strengthen anyones political position, it just puts important progress on ice, and it leaves millions of americans on edge. And of course its not yet clear what the house will do and the clock is ticking towards that shutdown. Still ahead what were learning about the first Impeachment Inquiry hear into President Biden which is set for tomorrow in the lower chamber. Plus senator bob menendez is refusing to resign despite calls from two dozen colleagues to do so following the new jersey lawmakers indictment on bribery charges. Well show you what he had to say about his legal troubles. Those stories, a check on weather and sports, and a preview of tonights Republican Debate when we come right back. Welcome back as we turn to some of the mornings other top headlines, were learning new details about the first Impeachment Inquiry Hearing surrounding President Biden which is set to take place tomorrow. Republicans plan to have three witnesses testify weighing in on the business dealings of the biden family. They include conservative legal scholar Jonathan Tirley lsh bruce, who has also commented on Hunter Bidens finances on fox news, and former Assistant General of the tax division at the department of justice, eileen oconnor. House oversight and Committee Chair james comer told reporters last week that the hearing is not expected to cover any new ground. Comer has alleged President Biden accepted a bribe as part of his dealings in ukraine as Vice President , but republicans have yet to find any smoking guns to back those claims. Yesterday there was some chatter about a payment from china. Again, no evidence there either. President biden has denied any wrongdoing. Elsewhere on capitol hill, senator bob menendez will be arraigned this morning as the number of Democratic Senators calling for his Resignation Swells to nearly half the senate chamber. Menendez will make his first appearance in a Manhattan Federal Court alongside his wife nadine and three other charges that include conspiracy to commit bribery. They both insist they did nothing wrong. As of last night at least 24 Senate Democrats have called on menendez, theiro democrat, to step down,nd that includes his long time friend and fellow new jersey senator cory boor. In a Statement Booker praised menendez as a person and friend and called h refusal to resign a mistake, writing in part this stepping down is not an admission of guilt but an acknowledgement that Holding Public office often demands tremendous srifices at great personal cost. Senator menendez has made these sacrifices in the past to serve, dn this case he must do so again. I believe stepping down is best for those Senator Menendez has spent his life serving. Menendez was forced to step down already as chairman of the Foreign Relations committee as after the indictment was issued last week, but he has been defiant. Hes refusing to give up his senate seat. Earlier this week menendez claimed the nearly half Million Dollars prosecutors say they found stuffed in envelopes and clothes during a search of his house was simply money hed withdrawn regularly over the decades. Yesterday the new jersey lawmaker got into a Contentious Exchange with nbc News Reporter ryan nobles when pressed on the growing calls for riz resignation. Take a listen to that exchange. Have you run for reelection, sir . Why wont you resign, sir . Why were there gold bars there . There you have it. Well bring you updates as they develop. Still ahead well switch to sports and have an update on the Playoff Picture of Major League Baseball as two more teams secure spots in the postseason. Plus, aaron rogers, remember him. He replaces the guy following some fierce criticism that came down from the nfl Hall Of Famer. Well go through all of that next. F famer. Suzuki to cole, and two run score. When the announcer screamed oh, no and oh, my goodness, something terrible has happened, that eighth inning blunder in the outfield completed a comeback for the atlanta braves. E chicago cubs blew a 6run lead in a really important game. That loss eliminated the cubs in a loss from the al central which was going to happen anyway. They won their Sixth Division title and their third in the past sixth season. The cubs theyre still contending for two of the remaining nl wild card spots as the Nephelphillies Grab The top one. They did so with a 32 walk off win over the pittsburgh pirates. Phillies will host game one of the nl wild card series next tuesday, but diamondbacks, cubs, marlins, maybe padres fighting for the last two spots. The Seattle Mariners snapped a fourgame Winning Streak with a 62 win and pulled a half game of the stros toain a spot. And texas fell to los angeles, angels and texas 2 1 2 game lead division there and wild card race open. In baltimore the orioles opened up their final home stand with a 10 win over local rivals the washington nationals. The os magic number to clench the al east is now down to just two, but the organization is mourning the loss of Hall Of Famer Brooks Robinson who spent his entire 20career with the orioles. The 18time allstar was also one of the best fielders in baseball history, probably the best Third Baseman ever defensively. He won 16 consecutive gloves at third base. Robinson was 86 years old and a class act. We turn now to the nfl and the quarterback controversy surrounding the new york jets. Aaron rogers is responding to crit sochl of the Embateled Zack Wilson who was slammed by joe namoth. Heres some of what he told followed by rogers response on his favorite venue. You know, ive seen enough of zack wilson, all right . Ive seen enough. I dont believe whats going on out there. We need to lock in and do our jobs everybody and not point fingers at each other, and thats everybody. Dont point fingers at the coaching staff, dont Point Fingards at each other. Get back to work and get the job done. I want to see us stick together through the tough times. I said it through the preseason, and whether were having success or not having success, doesnt mean you win all the time. If were not having success, how do we respond in person . And that goes for our fan base and former players as well, youre not help the cause. If the biggest problem is handling success, zack wilson doesnt have to worry about that. Meanwhile theyve signed Trevor Simeon to join the teams quarterback room. Time now for the weather and lets go to meteorologist Angie Lassman for the forecast. You got out of bed to do this today. Only because some words in the north east, two words drying out. When are we going to see some sunshine . Today is the answer to that question. Were going to see nicer conditions for the meantime, but some bumpy weather ahead. Meanwhile severe storms across parts of the midwest, rain across the Pacific Midwest and really unsettled days across north florida, so much so well see flooding concerns through this state here through at least saturday. We pick up and we could see localized amounts up to 5 inches. Heavy downpours possible and an unsettled couple of days for folks there. Meanwhile moving up towards the midatlantic, soggy conditions possible as we get into the next cup of day. Were going to see a low meander just off the coast. Its going to leave things a little gusty, a little annoying with showers being in and out of the picture for us. This is ahead to friday. You can see that rain will spread into parts of southern new england, so unfortunately the dry weather is shortlived. Were also going to see those onshore winds continue and have an issue with coastal flooding and 8 Million People under these alerts from norfolk up into portions of of atlantic city. Well see the issues with that as well as the high rip current risk. Meanwhile, across the plains it is feeling summerlike. 91 degrees in tulsa today, 94 in dallas, as youre looking for that warmer weather to spread to the east, low 80s and nashville will hit the mid80s, and as we look ahead into the weekend, we see those 80s stick around for places into the midwest and cincinnati hit 82, and chicago will be in the low 80s. Meanwhile, new york mid60s. Hopefully youve got your jackets out already. Weve seen some cooler temperatures in the morning and have to deal with that midweek. Im ready for fall. Still ahead on way too early, weve got several president ial candidates who will be looking to break through at tonights Republican Debate. Donald trump wont be there. Well see if the other republicans message will finally move the needle with voters. Way too early is next. Voters. Way too early is next. Welcome back to way too early. It is 5 32 on the east coast, 2 32 out west on this wednesday morning. Im jonathan lemire. Thanks for being with us. The stage is set for the second president ial primary debate, and seven hopefuls will be looking to make their case to voters as to why theyre the best alternative to donald trump. Tonight candidates will gather at the Ronald Reagan president ial library in simi valley, california. The debate will focus more on the economy in the shadow of a possible Government Shutdown. This week the ren National Committee confirmed doug burgham, chris christie, Vivek Ramaswamy, mike pencell made the cut. All badly trailing trump in the polls. Asa hutchinson will be absent after failing to qualify for this debate, but he says his campaign will continue. And once again the frontrunner will be elsewhere. Trump opting to appear in michigan to deliver remarks for current and former auto union members. Joining us now nbc News Senior National politics reporter, jonathan allen. John, great to see you. Its been a month since the last debate. It was surprisingly a lot about Vivek Ramaswamy that night. Nikki haley enjoyed the best evening and a little bump in the polls. Give us your best estimation tonight. Who stands to gain the most. I think nikki haley has the most to gain or lose. The question is can she sustain what she had in her last debate which is a lot more interest in people who dont believe donald trump should be the next president of the United States. And so there are other candidates there trying to take that vacuum, but as it stands what were looking at here is a wild card race for, you know, for a contest that doesnt have a wild card slot. So unless one of these folks can really break down at some point as the lone opposition to donald trump, theres not even really a contest for the republican nomination. And even if they do, its not clear therell be a real contest for the republican nomination. Certainly like desantis hes going to try to stop that slide you just mentioned. Trump of course nowhere near the reagan library. Hes had a long time feud with the folks who run that place. Instead hell be ipmichigan. Is there any second Guessing Iptrump camp about skipping the debate . He didnt pay any price for missing the first one. I think your point is a valid one, that within his camp he was advised to skip that debate in the first place. Most of the people around him who have done this before thought it was a mistake to get on the stage with these second, third, fourthtier candidates. Trump wanted to be part of the moment, and hes found a way to not only compete with the attention for this debate but also signal again that he is focused on joe biden in the general election going to detroit right after joe biden is going after a constituency where he believes he can cut into the Traditional Democratic advantage with blue collar workers. And john, weve been talking about all week long how this week in some ways feels like the unofficial kick off to the general election. You mentioned bidesen and trump focusing on michigan as a key battleground state. Youve got also reporting from nbc news about biden camps worry about third party spoilers, another concern about the general election next year. Tell us about that. What weve seen in recent years, jonathan, in these swing states so close, Third Party Candidates often take up more than the gap between the winner and loser. We saw in 2016 Hillary Clinton when she lost, libertarian candidate, the great Party Candidate got more votes in the difference between her and donald trump. Worried not only about these traditional but candidates like cornell west sucking votes from joe biden and also this nonpartisan outside group trying to get Ballot Access right now, worried about a candidate that gets Ballot Access by way of no labels sucking votes away from biden, and thats a concern that the white house that exists within the white house and at some level in Greater Debris Outside Democratic Elite Circles and want to see what theyre able to do to counter it. We reported in that story Hillary Clinton was at the white house recently and had a pull aside with biden and said he needed to take this threat seriously. Certainly democrats very nervous about some polls that come out in raechbt days although we should note some have definitely seemed like outliers. The Third Party Candidates will make a difference. Jonathan allen, thank you as always. Im certain well speak to you again soon. Coming up well turn to Business News and cnbc will join us live with this mornings headlines as well as an update on the markets, which appear to be poised to bounce back from yesterdays big selloff. The dow it had its worst day since march yesterday, but stock futures appear to be on the rebound this morning. Give us a sense what happened yesterday and what can we expect today. Yeah, so it was a little bit of an anomaly, right . The markets have generally been seen one of those weaker months for the stock market as well, so that clearly played into the sentiments there. It really is a week where were looking towards the pce data, which is the federal reserves preferred Inflation Number and they do look at that, and that data point is one that will be quite significant. A 3. 9 expectation is in place as above as below the 4. 2 figure we saw previously, so it does bode well for that number as opposed today youve seen the market perhaps push on saying it was a little oversold yesterday, but indeed a really, really red harrowing day yesterday. Well watch what the morning brings. Yesterday morning phones everywhere blew up push alert after push alert after push alert about this, amazon now facing some major legal trouble after the ftc filed suit against the retail giant. So what is the commission alleging, and what are the potential consequences here for one of the Biggest Companies in the country . Well, were yet to find out what the real consequences really will be, right . One thing one could consider is a big fine, of course. One could also look towards what it is maybe breaking up amazon. But really what they are saying here is they filed this antitrust lawsuit against amazon saying the tech giant has used anticompetitive and unfair strategies in order to maintain its Monopoly Power in the markets. The ftc along with 17 other State Attorneys General have filed this suit there and really saying amazon is engaging in four things, primarily stopping rivals and sellers from lowering their prices, overcharging sellers as well as stifling innovation. The hope here is from the ftc perhaps itll begin to garner a little more innovation out of the market and maybe see hundreds of billions of dollars in the market perhaps come back into it with more retailers being a little bit more competitive. Well see how it goes. It may take a while still, john. All right, cnbcs Arabile Gumede live from london, thank you as always. Still ahead here on way too early, well dive back into the looming Government Shutdown and whats happening in the house to try to prevent it. On capitol hill yesterday the house voted to open debate on four Funding Bills after facing two failures last week. However, those moves will likely do little to solve the problem of government funding. The Legislation Backtracks on a Top Line Spending deal brokered by President Biden and House Speaker Kevin Mccarthy earlier this year. As the houseworks to pass those separate bills, mccarthy is still vowing to bring a Stop Gap Funding Bill to the floor by friday despite several republican members saying theyd vote against it. Mccarthy, of course, can only afford to lose a handful of votes with the gops small majority. In the meantime, the speaker is placing blame on why the house cant get a funding bill passed, and hes trying to suggest that its President Bidens fault. All the president has to do is say you know what, as one of my fundamental jobs as president of the United States is to secure our border. Our border is not secure. Secure that border and well be able to keep it all open and keep it all working. Are you willing to shutdown the government if you do not get a Border Security deal . Lets be very clear, it would not be on us. Our friend there. Joining us now congressman Jake Auchincloss as a member on the select committee between the competition between the u. S. And china. Congressman, great to see you this morning. Lets talk about whats happening in the house. As we noted a little progress yesterday, only a little. But the house certainly moving on a separate track than the senate. Give us your assessment right now. Where do things stand . A Government Shutdown seems inevitable, and thats because Speaker Mccarthy is making a choice. He is making a choice to cave to his hardright and put his own tenuous hold on political power ahead of the needs of the country. In the spring President Biden came to the table and negotiated the good faith agreement with Speaker Mccarthy how to fund the government for the next year while cutting the debt over the next ten years. And the president is honoring that bargain, House Democrats are honoring that bargain, Senate Republicans and Senate Democrats are honoring that bargain. It is only Kevin Mccarthy who has walked away from it, and hes walking away from it because he has what i call a crocodile caucus. An appeaser, jonathan, is someone who feeds a crocodile hoping itll eat him last, and Speaker Mccarthy is feeding first the constitution on january 6th then his presidency with the Impeachment Inquiry and then ukraine with his cut and run strategy. And the crocodile is still going to end up eating Speaker Mccarthy bought hes the last person in washington to get that joke. Yeah, i think thats pretty clear. Lets talk about the Border Security measure and also ukraine. Would you be willing to set those things aside at least for now for a bill that would fund the government and revisit its we have the parameters to fund not just through a Continuation Resolution but the entirety of the next year. The negotiated agreement that would trim nondefense discretionary spending, and both parties came together in a compromise. It was not a bill that i think a lot of democrats loved, but in the tradition of washington, put the nepdz of the country ahead of 100 of party aims and did the right thing. And Speaker Mccarthy is walking away from it. All he has to do is go back to the agreement already agreed to. Lastly, we want to turn to something you care deeply about, the blockade put in place by Tommy Tuberville of military positions. We saw the senate get a few promotions through last week. Anything more democrats, specifically House Democrats, what can be done, or does this fall at the feet of republicans to pressure tuberville to stop . The responsibility for this lies squarely with senator mcconnell. Its clear senator tuberville doesnt care about Civil Military relations or whats best for members or the security posture. Senator mcconnell does claim to care about those things, and he now needs to act and put pressure on his extremist colleague to cease this hold on nominations. As you mentioned, jonathan, im on the select committee with competition with china. I can tell you firsthand this is a gift to xi jinping. It is not only eroding our ability to plan for indopacific scenarios regarding china, its also a Public Relations coup for him because it highlights dysfunction in a time in congress when hes trying to claim to his people and indopacific countries the United States will be a fair weather friend. Democratic congressman Jake Auchincloss, represents the state of massachusetts. We really appreciate you being up this morning. Well talk to you again soon. Up next here on way too early, Cassidy Hutchinson is revealing more details of the disarray in the final days of the trump west wing. She joins us live in studio on morning joe. Plus, a judge finds donald trump committed widespread fraud by inflating his assets for years. A look at the overwhelming evidence and what this now means in the runup to rumps civil fraud trial. And also ahead, Elissa Slotkin will join the conversation after President Biden joined striking workers in her home state. And who doesnt love a good throwback . [sfx video game] emergenc crystals. For 30 years i have withdrawn thousands of dollars in cash from my personal Savings Account, which i have kept for emergencies and because of the history of my family in cuba. This may seem oldfashioned, but these were moneys drawn from my personal Savings Account based on income i have lawfully derived over those 30 years. I look forward to addressing other issues at trial. Thats senator bob menendez talking about his oldfashioned tendencies of storing cash throughout his home. Our next guest agrees its old school, old school bribery, though. And Charlie Sykes joins us now, the author of that turn of phrase. Good to see you this morning. Lets talk about Senator Menendez, the old school bribery. It took a couple days, but a lot of democrats started yesterday, including his fellow new jersey senator cory booker, that its time to go. Do you think thats appropriate . Do you think menendez will listen . It is appropriate, and i dont know menendez will listen because, obviously what you saw yesterday was not just defiance, it was shamelessness. The idea he had 480,000 stuffed in his clothes and in an envelope around the house with the gold bars and mercedesbenz in the garage, nothing to see here is pushing the boundaries of post shame politics. It didnt even meet the laugh test. Its totally appropriate. This is not a complex case. They had the dna of his crooked friends on the gold bars. This is not a theres not a gray zone here. So democrats have to police their own. I understand the senate is a very clubby place, but it did feel as if yesterday the dam was breaking and maybe the fact that his fellow new jersey senator cory booker came out in favor of his resignation was, in fact, a tipping point. Well see. His political career might need a dnr and certainly, charlie, it also defangs attacks on President Trump if they indict menendez. Cassidy hutchinson, the former white house aide, will be joining us later on morning joe. But in your latest post, you highlight the contrast between hutchinson and the, quote, selfproclaimed champions of masculine courage all around her. Talk to us about that and what you see as the consequences of her actions. Well, her bravery, i think, puts to shame all of the uber males of the guard in this white house. This is a big thing with maga, as you know. They talk about radiating their testicles to make themselves even more manly. When push came to shove, many of them went and hid in the weed. It was Cassidy Hutchinson, who is a 26yearold white house aide, who came out and i dont think you can overstate the personal and political courage it took for her to do what she did. So she held their manhood in her hand when she came out when many of them had been hiding and afraid to speak out about all of this. The contrast is pretty dramatic, i think. Certainly the contrast here of hutchinson again bravely talking about what she experienced. The judge verdict against donald trump last night as he tries to get to a general election, skipping the debate this evening. 2024 is already here. Charlie sykes, im sure well speak to you again soon. Thank you for all of you getting up way too early. Morning joe starts right now. I built a phenomenal company, and if we could run our country the way ive run my company, we would have a country that you would be so proud of. I need to correct that one a second. If we could run our country the way he ran his companies, wed all be in jail. Okay. Donald trump with that statement back during the 2016 election. If that is the case, then a fraud ruling yesterday from a judge in new york about how he ran his company says a lot about his presidency. Well get into that decision, a big one,a moment. I have to say, before we move on, this judge phew this judge came
