The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has cancelled the registrations of 477 multi-system operators (MSOs) due to their violation of the Cable TV Networks Regulation Act 1995. These MSOs were marked non-compliant for failing to provide information requested by the ministry, despite multiple reminders.
