Multnomah County to be one of 18 under 'lower risk' restrict

Come Thursday, 18 Oregon counties -- including the most populous in state, Multnomah County -- will be under 'lower risk' coronavirus restrictions. With the Portland Trail Blazers set to host their first playoff gamethat day, Oregon leadership had indicated earlier this week that they'd be moving Multnomah into 'lower risk' in time for tipoff.
