I think this will come under the heading of how much things have changed over the years. A few years ago I was going through my parentsâ papers and I found a few things my mother had saved. One of them was the registration in 1951 for my 1940 Chevy. The outrageous fee was $7.16. There might be a few people that remember Wyoming Jack OâBrien. He had Paradise Ranch in the â50s and â60s. Also at that time my parents had a sheet metal shop on Lobban Avenue. Jack would travel some in the winter. In 1961, Jack mailed my parents a Christmas card from Carlinville, Illinois. It was addressed to The Tin and Metal Shop â Near D and D Welding â Buffalo, Wyoming.Â
