The warning was contained in a statement signed and made available to Vanguard by the Executive Director, CISLAC, Auwal Musa Rafsanjani, while expressing concern about the nation’s rising debt profile. It will be recalled that President Muhammadu Buhari, Tuesday, wrote to the Senate for approval of N2.3 trillion foreign loan.
