In South Carolina, the South Carolina Democratic Women's Council is hosting a "Black-Out" Candlelight Vigil at 8 p.m. at the Orangeburg County Courthouse in Orangeburg. Organizers say the event is open to the public, and they encourage people to wear all black to represent a unified commitment to "re-build American democracy."
