The Nigerian Communications Commission has launched an annual operating regulatory levy to ensure that all licensees are properly assessed towards regulatory expectations and standards. This was disclosed by Prof. Umar Danbatta, Executive Vice-Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission, at the Public Inquiry on two regulatory instruments draft held on Thursday in Abuja, according to the News Agency of Nigeria.
