The company's other project, along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, has already faced setbacks due to faulty construction. The Allahabad National Company Law Tribunal has appointed an interim resolution professional for Supertech ORB. The company's promoter is currently in jail on charges of money laundering and cheating home buyers. The lender has terminated a settlement agreement and recalled a loan of Rs 482 crore.
