Nearly 50 dogs seized from Beekmantown animal rescue : vimar

PLATTSBURGH — Clinton County Sheriff’s Department officers rescued 49 dogs from an animal rescue operation in Beekmantown Monday after deplorable living conditions for the animals were discovered.
