Nearly half of Brits assume someone working in law will be white
Just 12% of people picture those working in the legal industry to be from a black or ethnic minority background

RESEARCH HAS revealed how British prejudice shapes the views of those we expect to work in the legal industry.
Almost half (48%) picture a white person when they think of somebody who could work in the profession according to research from the University of Law (ULaw).
Only around 12% of people picture somebody from a black or ethnic minority background.
