Winnipeg Police Service posted on Twitter after saying a motorist was caught doing 177 km/h in a 70 km/h zone. Male drivers aged 34 years and under accounted for more than half of the speed-related serious driving offences issued last year, according to figures released Friday by Manitoba Public Insurance and the RCMP.
