Nobles County among three area counties with no new cases reported

REGIONAL — Cottonwood County recorded three new cases of COVID-19 during the 24-hour period that ended at 4 p.m. Monday, while Jackson and Rock counties each reported one new case and Murray, Nobles and Pipestone counties added no new cases. The additional new cases were among 998 added statewide during the single-day reporting period, according to this morning’s update from the Minnesota Department of Health.
The cumulative total of confirmed positive COVID-19 cases in Minnesota now stands at 581,335 (positive and antigen tests), with 560,733 beyond the 10-day isolation period. Thus far, 41,623 Minnesota health care workers have contracted the virus.
