Buckinghamshire Council deals with thousands of planning applications every year. They range from house owners wanting to build an extension to new homes, shops, businesses and even chopping down trees. Here are four of the most interesting projects announced last week. The council will now consider whether each should go ahead. Site of Former Park and Ride facility, Crest Road, High Wycombe An application has been put forward for the commercial development of five new buildings. These would comprise of eight ‘flexible use units’ which would be used for light industrial, general industrial and storage and distribution purposes. Offices, associated parking and landscape planning and the provision of a new vehicle access onto Crest Road has also been included in the plans.
