Mr Walker said: “Our targets are well above what we set out in our original business plan, and as a direct result of that we are in a position where we need to bring in new staff. “We originally said we would bring in apprentices in January next year, but we’re well ahead of that now. "To keep growing as we are, we need extra staff and apprentices are a win-win situation for all of us.
