The grand opening of Kasha’s Kitchen on 435 U.S. Route 1 this week introduced a new local comfort food option. It's a breakfast food specialty restaurant also serving fried and grilled foods, sandwiches and more. “I don’t really feel that it’s unique or not, I just feel like this is me,” she said Thursday. “This place is showing who I am (and) how I work. I’m coming to work and I feel like I’m just going to my second home.”
