(Courtesy photo) SUISUN CITY — The city’s Recreation, Parks and Marina Department hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday for the new McCoy Creek Park play structure. The project was funded in part by lighting and landscaping district assessment fees collected from residents in the area. The previous play structure had reached the end of its safe and useful life and was becoming a hazard to users, according to a press release from the city.
