New rodeo foundation to bring Mitchell 'one of the very best

“The other improvements that we have conceived would truly make this a cadillac of a rodeo facility and hopefully one of the very best, not only in South Dakota, but in the region,” said Jim Miskimins, the leader of the Mitchell Rodeo Foundation, prior to the Mitchell City Council approving an agreement to lease land for the new arena.
