New shopping center under development on US 15-501, despite

A new shopping center is in development along U.S. Highway 15-501, south of Chapel Hill and on track to open this summer. The development, 501 Landing, is located across from the Chatham Downs Shopping Center and is being developed for retail, medical and office use by BOLD Development.
