New Study Finds That Iowa is the Least Stressed State We all have stress in our lives. We all have bills to pay, loved ones to worry about, and other shared responsibilities that can cause even the most well adjusted person some anxiety. But a new study found that for the most part, Iowans are the least stressed group of people in the United States. The study conducted by OnePoll, surveyed nearly 13,000 people nationwide, split evenly by state. The survey asked Americans what they are stressed about and how much do they worry about certain issues every day. 72% of Americans revealed that 2020 was the most stressful year they've ever lived through! I think I can second that! 57% of people say that they are more stressed now than ever before. The good news is that the study also found that 48% of us have found ways to deal with the stress in our lives.
