NIT Rourkela Convocation 2022: Education Minister Dharmendra

For the first time in its history, NIT Rourkela awarded to its graduating students 'Blockchain-based Digital Degrees' developed with assistance from IIT Kanpur's C3i Innovation Hub, under the aegis of the National Blockchain Project mooted by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
