NLRB Looks to CDC Coronavirus Tracker for Union Election Met

The National Labor Relations Board passed on moving away from its COVID Era six factor test which has been used to determine if a Board-conducted representation election should be conducted by mail or in person. NLRB relies on the CDC Community Level Tracker now.
