Linda Murphy said she needs this second stimulus payment more than anyone would know. "People are struggling; I'm struggling. I'm raising my 12-year-old grandson. We need the funds," Murphy said. Murphy and her grandson were expecting a total of $1,200, but the Irving Park woman said when she checked the status on the IRS website, she didn't recognize the bank account. "A bank account ending in 2833, I was like, 'who's that?'" Murphy said.
