After fighting hard to land the highly coveted COVID-19 vaccine appointments, there are still hundreds of vaccine seekers across the Hudson Valley waiting to find out exactly when they'll be able to get their first dose. The marathon nor'easter dumped more than a foot of snow in many parts of the area, crippling the vaccination efforts underway at five state-run mega-sites, including the one at the Westchester County Center, which was closed for a second day on Tuesday.
