Normin to spend P104-B in ending local communist armed confl

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Feb. 11 (PIA)--Responding to President Rodrigo Duterte’s call to end insurgency, the Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF-ELCAC)-10 targets P104 billion budget for Convergence Areas for Peace and Development (CAPDev) program.
National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA)-10 Regional Director Mylah Faye Cariño said during the Peace and Lasting Change online forum, February 11, that RTF-ELCAC-10 targets P68.8 billion budget for the 2,423 programs and projects (PAPs) of the 247 barangays under Focus Area A.
For Focus Area B, P17.1 billion is targeted to implement 985 PAPs, and P18.1 billion to implement 1,853 PAPs for Focus Area C.
