Dirt is being turned and buildings are going up across the city. Leaders with the North Huntsville Business Association say it’s their goal to prepare the land to attract future businesses. In a couple of weeks, the ribbon will be cut to celebrate the grand opening of the North Huntsville Library on Sparkman Drive.
