Surrounded by bushland and birdsong, 70-year-old Robyn Lauder relaxes on her back deck, knitting needles in hand.
She's creating a bright, old-fashioned tea-cosy and says it's a calming process.
"I always have the things handy and I just really enjoy making my little flowers and tea-cosies," she said.
"It's very soothing, and if I feel a bit rattled about anything I'll just sit down and do some little flowers."
