NW 4th open after project comes to close: Roundabout, median to create safer intersection

The moment many motorists have been waiting for has come.
Northwest Fourth Street between Jackson Street and Highway 210/Washington Street reopened to traffic Friday, July 16.
The intersection of Northwest Fourth Street and Highway 210 will be open to all traffic, but drivers should note traffic on James Street will no longer be able to drive across Northwest Fourth Street.
