NYC appeals judge's pension ruling tying ALS to 9/11 toxins

The appeal outraged Cathy Hanson, the widow of Detective Michael Hanson, who believes heavy metals wafting around Ground Zero caused her husband’s fatal illness. “I don’t know how these city lawyers live with themselves,” Hanson said about the appeal.
