NYU Law professors see their draft Principles on compliance

On May 17, members of The American Law Institute (ALI) voted to approve Tentative Draft No. 2 of Principles of the Law, Compliance and Enforcement for Organizations, the work of a team headed by NYU Law’s Geoffrey Miller, Stuyvesant P. Comfort Professor of Law, director of the Center for Financial Institutions, and co-director of the Center for Civil Justice, who served as reporter.
