Court row SOBER: Stephen Burtenshaw (pictured) and his solicitor believe he should have been let into court A 'SOBER' man was denied entry to a Worcester court because security said he was seen sipping from a can of shandy. Stephen Burtenshaw arrived at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday to answer a single charge of possession of crack cocaine. However, when he left the court, security would not let him back in because they said he had been seen drinking alcohol. The defendant could be seen arguing with security staff and filming them through the door. He had arrived on time for his hearing in the morning.
