Friday, April 30, 2021 Ruth Mische, 94, of Nevada, Mo., passed away on Tuesday morning, April 27, 2021, at The Groves in Independence, Mo. She was born Nov. 20, 1926, in Vernon County, the daughter of the late Dan and May Emory Mische. Ruth was a member of Nevada Church of the Nazarene and spent countless hours working in and for the church. There are young adults who remember her fondly for her devotion to them, taking them to church and caring about them. She had a host of dogs, all well fed and adored and supported. Ruth was a proud supporter of Seeing Eye, the Humane Society, and the Nature Conservancy.
