Ohio meat packing facilities are experiencing major backlogs

Ohio meat packing facilities currently have a significant backlog, with some places fully booked until 2023. That’s why the Ohio Department of Development, in partnership with the Ohio Department of Agriculture, recently announced new meat processing grants of up to $250,000.
