Oklahoma City Public Schools District announced all students will return to in-person learning in April. In a return to campus video message, Superintendent Sean McDaniel said grades pre-K-12 will return for a 4-day in-person learning week beginning Tuesday, April 6. Students will attend classes in person Tuesday-Friday with virtual learning on Mondays. McDaniel said the decision was made following input from OKCPS families, staff and a unanimous recommendation from the district's COVID-19 Task Force. According to the news release, the only exception to this in-person learning change will be students who have previously elected the district’s e3 Online Learning option who will continue to learn virtually for the remainder of the school year.
