Oklahoma artists thrilled to return to downtown OKC's Festiv

No matter the weather at this year's Festival of the Arts, conditions are as exquisitely cloudy as always in David Holland's familiar booth at the base of the Civic Center's front steps.
"I kind of stepped up my game a little bit as far as the display goes. I'm showing a little bit less work, but ... it looks more like a kind of gallery setting instead of a booth setting," Holland said. 
"I really like this is all my newest work. So, I'm really excited about what I'm showing, and there's one really big piece that's kind of a show-stopper. ... I am hoping to have a really good year this year."
