Contractor I&H Brown will deliver a £2m package of works to unlock the site previously blighted by a large redundant gas holder. The infrastructure scheme, comprising two new roundabouts, site entrance road, drainage and associated works will allow the construction of a new drive-through store for Costa Coffee to commence at the site’s first development plot once planning approval has been secured.
