Dear Sally, My wife bought me a new Omega Seamaster watch as a wedding present, but unfortunately it has been a source of great frustration. I received it in December 2016, but in June 2017 it developed a faulty part, which was causing it to gain time every day. It was returned to Omega UK to have the part replaced.
