No new cases were reported, and one case was resolved. There are now five active cases in Greater Sudbury and no active cases in the Sudbury and Manitoulin districts.

The health unit has reported 2,171 cases of COVID-19 since the beginning of the pandemic, with 2,018 in Greater Sudbury, 113 in the Sudbury districts, and 40 in the Manitoulin district.
There have also been 31 COVID-related deaths in the region.
The health unit has performed 262,662 COVID-19 tests to date. Nearly 980 local cases have tested positive for variants of concern, but only six variants have been confirmed.
