Experience The Operations Manager / Project Manager will oversee interior design staff while completing a variety of high-level creative duties. The candidate will be involved in the marketing strategies for the team, meeting with clients, giving direction to staff, and monitoring the progress of all stages of the projects within the studio. The candidate will make ultimate decisions about the concept direction and interior design, including planning, furniture, fixtures, and finishes. The candidate shall further demonstrate his or her success collaborating with consulting team members including architects, furniture dealers, lighting designers, manufacturers, and product representatives while efficiently maintaining clear and open communication. The candidate should be able to adhere to tight deadlines and manage budget constraints to deliver a great design and experience.
